PITTSFORD, N.Y., Aug. 9 () -- Woody Austin suffered a four-stroke penalty for having too many clubs in his bag Friday, costing him a chance to play on the weekend at the PGA Championship.After playing the third hole at the Oak Hill Country Club, Austin reported to tournament officials that he had 15 clubs in his bag -- one more than the rules allow.
