Now, that was better. It teaches you the basic core moves in three 10-minute sessions. I got a workout just from that - I was sweating like crazy.
The next day I did the 20-minute Quick Workout. The tempo was still pretty fast and there were times when I was all over the place, unable to follow, but by the third day I did get the hang of it. These workouts are definitely a case of practice makes perfect,
