(NYSE:SKT), which is headquartered in Greensboro. <br />Campbell knows the list of projects still to be completed is long — and the weather in recent months has made the construction process challenging. Concrete needs to be poured, parking lots paved and landscaping added. <br />“It’s an exciting time for any manager to see something come out of the ground,” Campbell says. <br />She anticipates the first retailers will begin moving into the center about 60 days before the July 31 grand opening.
