She signed a lease for the space in November. I’m really excited about that,” Manne said. “We just want to be the really good neighborhood candy store.” <br />The Fountains store offers some items from local vendors, such as Roseville-based chocolate company Audra’s Delights. They are exploring possibilities for carrying some of those local products at the New York store, according to . <br />The company has added references to New York in its marketing materials.
