(RTI) will now operate as an independent division of Communications & Power industries (CPI), a provider of microwave, radio frequency, power and control solutions, and which is a subsidiary of CPI International Holding Corp. and CPI International Inc."Through several of our divisions, CPI offers microwave power sources, high-power amplifiers and advanced antennas to support a broad array of radar, electronic warfare and communications applications," said Joe Caldarelli, chief executive officer of CPI.
