CALGARY, Alberta, July 23 () -- A Canadian energy regulator said it was organizing a visit to arctic regions to get a better look at what may be affected by oil and natural gas development.The Canadian National Energy Board said Chairman Gaetan Caron started a five-day trip Tuesday to the shores of the Beaufort Sea. They said the increase is part of a responsible resource development plan.
