Johnson Controls buys all of Tata Johnson Controls
PLYMOUTH, Mich., May 28 () -- Johnson Controls in Michigan said it had increased its ownership of Indian auto parts supplier Tata Johnson Controls from 50 percent to 100 percent.The companies said in a statement they had agreed not to disclose the purchase price."India is an emerging market and part of Johnson Controls' global strategy for sustainable growth," said Paul Chawla, president and chief executive officer, Johnson Controls Automotive Experience India.
