Bears' Webb arrested on pot chargeFOREST LAKE, Ill., Feb. 27 () -- Chicago Bears offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb is facing a marijuana possession charge, authorities say.KFVS-TV, Cape Girardeau, Mo., reported Webb was arrested by a sheriff's deputy in Pulaski County in southern Illinois, Sunday night.
