Songwriter JJ Cale, who wrote hits for Eric Clapton, dies
LOS ANGELES, July 27 () -- JJ Cale, whose songs became hits for Eric Clapton, Johnny Cash and Lynyrd Skynyrd, has died at a hospital in La Jolla, Calif., his agent said.
