The remnants of Hurricane Sandy will combine with a strong arctic front to make for a extreme rare North Eastern Winter Storm. This storm will make landfall in Southern New Jersey this evening and retrograde W towards Pittsburgh PA during the day Tuesday. Its outer bands and a cold front combine will make for very windy conditions in excess of 60 mph. Also the area can expect heavy rain showers that may mix with and change over to snow showers late tonight. Areas with higher elevation may see 1 to 2 inches of slushy snow by early tomorrow morning,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
